Terms of Service

A) Acceptance

Using or purchasing from Mscpromo means you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Services.

B) Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live). Keep your credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

C) Orders, pricing & payment

You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected method for the order total, taxes, and shipping. We may refuse or cancel orders for availability constraints, suspected fraud/abuse, or errors. Cancelled orders are promptly refunded. We may correct obvious pricing/content mistakes—even post-submission—by cancelling and refunding or by requesting your direction.

See the Shipping Policy for timelines and options. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier.

E) Returns & refunds

F) Your content (reviews, photos, Q&A)

By submitting content, you grant Mscpromo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the Services. Don’t submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

G) Prohibited conduct

No illegal activity, malware, scraping, service interference, IP infringement, impersonation, harassment, or deceptive practices.

H) Intellectual property

Except for user content, site materials are owned by Mscpromo or its licensors and protected by IP laws. Don’t copy, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

I) Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in our Warranty Policy, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.

J) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mscpromo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.

K) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

L) Changes

We may update these Terms and/or the Services at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

M) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by California law with exclusive venue in Ventura County, California.
