Shipping Policy

Where we ship

U.S. only (including many APO/FPO addresses when carrier-eligible). International shipping isn’t available yet.

Processing rhythm

Orders typically leave our facility within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri, holidays excluded). Orders confirmed by 12:00 PM Pacific Time generally begin processing the same day.

Estimated delivery times (U.S.)

  • Standard: ~4–8 business days after dispatch

  • Expedited: ~3–6 business days after dispatch
    These are estimates; weather, peak seasons, and carrier delays may add time.

Rates & promos

All available methods and costs appear at checkout. Occasionally we offer free-shipping promotions—details will show on product/cart pages.

Tracking & split shipments

We email tracking when a label is created; the first scan can take up to 48 hours to appear. Multi-item orders may ship separately—each box will have its own tracking number.

Address issues & returns to sender

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel returns undeliverable or due to an address error, we’ll help reship it and may charge a re-delivery fee.

In-transit damage or loss

If your order arrives damaged—or appears lost—contact us within 7 days of the marked (or expected) delivery date. Include your order number, photos (if damaged), and a short description so we can act quickly.
