How to start (fast)
Email info@mscpromo.com with your Order #, what you’re returning, and a short reason. We’ll reply with next steps and, if needed, an RMA plus the correct return address. Please don’t ship anything without authorization.
Packing checklist
Use original packaging when possible. Add chargers/tools/freebies and place your order number inside the box to speed processing.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size/model? Request an exchange during the return window (subject to availability). We’ll guide you to the quickest route.
Refund timing
After your return is delivered to us, allow 5–7 business days for inspection. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; banks/card issuers typically post funds within 3–7 business days after we process them.
Cancellations
Cancel before shipment for a refund minus a 5% processing fee (non-recoverable payment costs). Orders that have shipped must be returned under this policy.
Shipment hiccups (damaged/missing/wrong item)
Report within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of packaging/product (if damaged) and your order number—we’ll make it right.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first—formal disputes can delay resolution. We reserve the right to contest fraudulent chargebacks.
